All answers will be provided by the deadline date of 21 August, 2020. For queries received on the deadline date, these will be answered within 2 working days after receipt.
Please note that this bid is only being offered to Nationals of Antigua and Barbuda.
There are three sections to this portal that you will utilize:

· Please check off each task once you have completed it so that we can review your submission and confirm completion.
· Complete all forms required and upload them in this section.
· RFP Release: Monday, August 10, 2020 at 12:00 PM GMT-04
· Vendor Clarification Questions Due: Friday, August 21, 2020 at 2:00 PM GMT-04
· RFP Responses Due: Wednesday, September 2, 2020 at 12:00 PM GMT-04
· Prototype Demos: Wednesday, September 30, 2020 and Thursday, October 1, 2020 (if needed)
· Final Product Due: Wednesday, October 28, 2020
· Awarding of Bid Proposed Date: Friday, October 30, 2020
